All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict separation between customers so that each group’s information is logically isolated. Access is granted on a need to know basis and is fully auditable. CoVet complies with HIPAA, GDPR, and PIPEDA and is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
We never use customer data to train general purpose AI models. Your data is only processed to provide and improve the services you have chosen to use.
For enterprise clients, we can also align our data retention settings with your internal policies and support custom retention arrangements at the organization level. We are also on track to achieve ISO 27001 certification by Q1 2026.
